I would thoroughly recommend diymarquees to friends and colleagues. The product is first class and the service is first rate.

I needed to replace a number of parts due to previous wind damage. They arrived promptly and looked ok. We had our first Grandchilds Christening booked for the Sunday and when we erected the Marquee Friday it was clear that each of the four corners was actually a ridge joint so the marquee was not safe or stable. As we are 100 miles from Dorking, I phoned Spencer in a panic as it normally takes 2-5 days for delivery.

Having explained my problem, and panic due to the shortness of time, Spencer said it was no problem he would courier the parts across for Saturday am delivery, and I was to return the wrong joints I had after the event. The parts duly arrived, problem solved and we had a great Christening party.

The way in which this was dealt with, was good old fashioned fantastic customer service and trust that I would return the incorrect parts after the event in a re-useable condition. I cannot speak more highly of all the team at DIY marquees.

It was absolutely well worth buying to say it did its job is an understatement it was fantastic. It stood up to the English weather for over a month in some really heavy rain with no problems at all

The wedding went very well (approx 160 sat down to eat) and last Saturday we had a charity dinner and dance while they were still up. We have raised about £700.00 through this event so far and everyone was very complimentary about the marquees.

The DIY marquees are without doubt superior to our other marquees. Easier to lift, thicker walls, really well made and a lining to finish it off. We'll be switching all of our stock over to your marquees in time for next season.

I bought one of your marquees this year, and put it to good use for a number of occasions in our garden over the summer. I enclose one of the photographs. We have been very pleased with the marquee, which was versatile, and relatively easy to assemble and disassemble. We look forward to using it for many events in our garden in years to come.

The marquee has been a great success. It was delivered well packaged and protected on a large pallet. There were good instructions and video to explain how to erect the marquee. It rained the first evening it was up, but it came through with flying colours. We are very pleased and it looks like a good sound investment for the future. Great service from DIY Marquees. Helpful on the phone and were willing to replace a broken/faulty carrying bag with no quibble. Excellent.

Many thanks for the prompt delivery of our marquee. All in order and we were able to use it for our Church's Jubilee Lunch on Sunday 3rd (and it kept everyone dry!). I found it very easy to erect and dismantle with ample space and light. Last Sunday the Community Association held our annual "Light up the Lane" event where we close the road and set up a Christmas Market along with a small stage, entertainers, BBQ etc. etc. We used your two 12 x 6 mtr marquees again and it was very successful.
