Having built up and successfully run one of the leading marquee hire companies in the UK, we now use that experience in advising other hire companies and designing and supplying commercial marquees and linings.

DIY Marquees was formed by Spencer King having spent over 10 years in the marquee hire industry (due to the sale of the hire company we are contractually not allowed to hire any of our marquees). It has been set up to provide marquee hire companies with high quality marquees and linings whilst also offering advice and industry contacts from experience.
C & D King Ltd:
C & D King Ltd has been manufacturing in the UK since 1979. Although increasingly difficult due to rising costs and increasing red tape we still manufacture as much as possible at our factory in Dorking. Originally set up by Colin & Diana King they have now been joined in the family business by their son Spencer who has added marquee experience to the engineering background of Colin.
